Slaughter and May is advising abrdn plc (formerly Standard Life Aberdeen plc) on the proposed acquisition of Interactive Investor, the UK's leading subscription-based investment platform for £1.49 billion.
The acquisition aims to enhance abrdn’s presence and growth opportunities within the fast-growing wealth market and support Interactive Investor’s commitment to being the customer champion.
