  • on acquisition financings including Trill Impact on its acquisition of Delivery Associates Ltd, a global consulting firm, Markerstudy Group’s acquisition of (i) Lloyds broker Clegg Gifford and (ii) BGL Insurance from the BGL Group, Wren House Infrastructure’s acquisition of North Sea Midstream Partners and HH Global’s acquisition of InnerWorkings
  • Vodafone on the sale of Vodafone Magyarország Zrt to 4iG Nyrt (a Hungarian listed telecoms and IT group) and Corvinus Zrt (a sovereign investment management company owned by the State of Hungary)
  • Ferrovial on the disposal of the Amey group to a UK company controlled by One Equity Partners and Buckthorn Partners
  • Blue Motor Finance on its latest “Azure” STS-eligible public auto loan securitisation (acting as drafting and transaction counsel)
  • Markerstudy Group on its insurance premium receivables securitisation facility
  • UK Asset Resolution on various stages of the wind-down of its investments in Bradford & Bingley and NRAM
  • HM Treasury on the establishment of the COVID Corporate Financing Facility, a key element of the Government’s response to the economic impacts of the COVID pandemic
  • Walmart on the £3.8 billion buy-out of the ASDA Pension Scheme with Rothesay Life
  • ASDA on the £2.75 billion bond offering in connection with its sale by Walmart to the Issa brothers and TDR capital
