Slaughter and May is advising Dobbies Garden Centres on the acquisition of 31 garden centres from Wyevale Garden Centres.  Dobbies is the UK’s leading garden centre operator and the acquisition increases its estate to 69 centres.  Dobbies has now acquired 37 garden centres from Wyevale, following the acquisition of six centres in 2018 on which we also advised.
