Slaughter and May advised Ocado on its new customer fulfilment centre in Bicester

Slaughter and May advised Ocado in connection with its new customer fulfilment centre at Symmetry Park, Bicester. This will be Ocado’s second mini-CFC comprising 163,664 square feet. Ocado will take a 20-year lease and, once completed, the facility will bolster its distribution capabilities across Oxfordshire.

The Slaughter and May team worked alongside Matt Burley (Senior Legal Counsel – Real Estate) from Ocado’s in-house legal team.
