Slaughter and May is advising Bordeaux UK Holdings II Limited, an affiliate of Optum Health Solutions (UK) Limited and a wholly owned subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, on its recommended offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of EMIS Group plc for approximately £1,243 million.
