Slaughter and May advised La Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (“LaLiga”) on the formation of a new joint venture with Ocho Sport Limited. The joint venture, Peak Sport Media Limited, is intended to become a leading international agency for the commercialisation and marketing of sporting audiovisual and data rights and will also provide strategic sporting media-advisory services.
