Slaughter and May is advising Palamon Capital Partners on the sale of mydentist to Bridgepoint

Slaughter and May is advising Palamon Capital Partners on the sale of mydentist, the UK’s leading provider of affordable dental care, to Bridgepoint, a global private asset growth investor.

Palamon acquired a majority stake in mydentist in 2021 and subsequently divested its non-core distribution business, DD Group (formerly Dental Directory), to focus the business on core dental services.

This transaction marks the culmination of Slaughter and May’s ongoing role advising Palamon across the full lifecycle of its investment in mydentist, from acquisition and restructuring (including a refinancing and the carve out sale of DD) to exit.

Completion is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected in Q3 2025.
