Slaughter and May is advising OVO on the sale of its UK energy retail business to E.ON

Slaughter and May is advising OVO, one of the UK’s leading energy suppliers, in connection with the sale of its UK energy retail business to E.ON. The transaction includes OVO’s retail customers and everyone who works at OVO to support them.

Completion of the transaction is expected later this year and is subject to certain regulatory approvals.

Slaughter and May has been working closely with OVO’s internal team including Vincent Casey, Tom Coulson, Steven Ackroyd and Simon Todd.
