The Serious Fraud Office - defence of the damages claim brought by the Tchenguiz brothers31 Jul 2014
Slaughter and May represented the Serious Fraud Office on its defence of the damages claims brought by Vincent and Robert Tchenguiz and various of their business interests. The claims, which were said to be worth a total of £300 million, were all settled by 31 July 2014 for a total of £4.5million, with costs to be determined.
