  • Mothercare on its comprehensive financial restructuring, comprising an equity issuance, franchisee support, amendments to debt terms and a reorganisation of leases implemented by means of a CVA
  • Wonga Group on the decision to enter into administration
  • Carillion plc on its restructuring negotiations and its ultimate entry into compulsory liquidation, and the Official Receiver and Special Managers on aspects of the liquidation
  • Premier Oil plc on the restructuring of its $3.8 billion of debt facilities, primarily implemented through means of Scottish schemes of arrangement
  • a major creditor of Palmer & Harvey on the provision of emergency financing, its restructuring negotiations, and the entry of Palmer & Harvey into administration
  • hibu, on the 2016 reorganisation of its capital structure, which was implemented by means of English schemes of arrangement
  • the SIPA Trustee for the liquidation of MF Global Inc. in relation to its claims in the special administration of MF Global UK Limited, including advising on the litigation arising out of those claims and the negotiation of a settlement
  • Ernst & Young LLP as administrators of Hellas Telecommunications (Luxembourg) II S.C.A. in relation to one of the UK’s largest pre‑pack administrations
  • Countrywide plc on its schemes of arrangement and debt restructuring in 2009, and its capital refinancing plan in 2018

  • HM Treasury on the resolutions of Northern Rock, Bradford & Bingley and the UK subsidiaries of the Icelandic banks Kaupthing and Landsbanki, and the administration of London Scottish Bank
