Slaughter and May is advising The Restaurant Group on the proposed sale of its Leisure business

Slaughter and May is advising The Restaurant Group plc (“TRG”) on the proposed sale of its Leisure business to The Big Table Group. TRG's Leisure business consists primarily of the Frankie & Benny's and Chiquito brands and comprises 75 trading sites and associated restaurant and management team employees.

The transaction is expected to complete in early Q4 2023 and will create a high-quality retained group for TRG consisting of the three divisions of Wagamama, Pubs and Concessions, significantly accelerating TRG's core strategic goals.
