Slaughter and May is advising the members of Gleacher Shacklock LLP (“Gleacher Shacklock”) on the sale of their interests in Gleacher Shacklock to Perella Weinberg Partners. 

Gleacher Shacklock, a long-standing client of Slaughter and May, is a premier independent advisory firm headquartered in London with a focus and long-standing presence in the UK advisory market.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.

Slaughter and May is working closely with Gleacher Shacklock’s General Counsel, Chloe Gal, and a team from Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP led by Gerold Niggemann and Javad Husain.
