Slaughter and May is advising on the proposed listing and Hong Kong IPO of Bwell Technology

Slaughter and May, Hong Kong and Beijing, is advising CITIC Securities as sponsor on the proposed global offering and listing of Shenzhen Bwell Technology Co., Ltd. (“Bwell Technology”) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Bwell Technology is a Chinese robotics and AI company based in Shenzhen and a leading provider of robots specializing in inspecting and maintaining pipelines. Last year, it ranked first in China and within the top 20 globally in terms of revenue from its pipeline network robots.
