Richard is a partner in our Corporate and M&A group, advising a broad range of clients on international transactions and advisory matters. He has particular expertise in mergers, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.

Richard is also a member of our Sustainability practice and regularly advises clients on environmental and climate-related regulation.
