Richard has a broad cross-sectoral corporate and commercial practice, acting for a range of domestic and international clients.  He has particular expertise in public M&A, private M&A, joint ventures, commercial transactions, capital markets and company law.

Richard also advises on environmental and climate-related regulation, with a focus on nature and natural capital.
