Kathrine spent her first ten years in practice advising on a variety of cross-border financing and M&A transactions, based mostly in the London and Singapore offices of Slaughter and May. Since 2004 she has advised primarily on technical issues affecting banking and finance transactions including legal and regulatory developments and market documentation. She has a particular focus on investment grade lending, advising the Association of Corporate Treasurers on documentation discussions with the Loan Market Association. Kathrine has published numerous articles on banking and related legal topics and is the author of the ACT Borrower’s Guide to LMA Loan Documentation for Investment Grade Borrowers.
Kathrine also co-ordinates Slaughter and May’s Brexit advisory practice and sits on the Firm’s Brexit Steering Committee.
