We are named in Stonewall’s Top 100 Employer Index which lists the best employers in Britain for Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans staff.
Law Society Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Award
We received the ‘Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion’ award at the Law Society Excellence Awards 2017 for our work on BME inclusion. We were shortlisted for the Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion award for our sponsorship of the Old Vic’s production of “Sylvia” in 2019.
We are members of the 30% Club - a voluntary, business led organisation that campaigns for at least 30% female representation on the Boards and Executive committees of companies. We also provide mentors and mentees for the cross-organisational mentoring scheme run for high-potential women.
upReach social mobility partnership
We launched the Law Springboard programme in partnership with upReach in 2019. It is designed to improve access to the legal sector for high potential undergraduates from less-advantaged backgrounds.
Stonewall Global Diversity Champions
The Global Diversity Champions programme is Stonewall's best-practice employers' forum for international organisations who are committed to LGBT+ equality across the world.
We partner with INvolve, a leading organisation aimed at championing diversity and inclusion within businesses. We run joint initiatives including mentoring and development days for BME, LGBT+ and female individuals.
We are proud to be signatories to the Valuable 500, a global movement putting disability on the business leadership agenda. This initiative aims to ignite systemic change through profiling leaders and businesses who are championing disability inclusion.
