Slaughter and May is advising Inflexion on its investment in Manucurist SAS

Slaughter and May is advising funds advised by Inflexion Private Equity Partners (“Inflexion”) on their investment in Manucurist, the international innovative nail care brand known for its plant-based, non-damaging, vegan formulations.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Paris, Manucurist is a French nail care brand known for pioneering the at-home LED gel manicure and for its targeted care on all nail types. The brand has a growing presence in the US, the UK and across Europe, reaching more than 40 countries.

Inflexion will support Manucurist's founders and management team as they accelerate international expansion, with a particular focus on the US and further retail rollout, alongside continued growth in digital and marketplace channels.

Slaughter and May worked as part of an integrated team alongside Moncey Avocats. The Moncey Avocats team was led by partner Frédéric Pinet.
