Slaughter and May is advising Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank as Bookrunner on c.€700m of facilities made available to Nido Living, Europe's leading vertically integrated student accommodation platform backed by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, in relation to Nido’s €1.2bn acquisition of Iberian student accommodation business Livensa Living from Brookfield.
