Slaughter and May is advising Bunzl on the disposal of its Healthcare business

Slaughter and May is advising Bunzl, a leading global value-add distributor, on its disposal of its Healthcare business to Mediq, a leading European provider of medical devices and care solutions to patients and healthcare institutions.

Bunzl Healthcare is a supplier of healthcare consumables, healthcare equipment, cleaning and hygiene products, as well as healthcare devices to hospitals, care homes, and other facilities serving the healthcare sector in the UK.

Slaughter and May, led by partner Sally Wokes, has been working closely with the Bunzl legal team, Suzanne Jefferies, Matt Vance and Georgie Scott.
