Slaughter and May is advising Brahma AI on its equity financing led by Multiples, a leading Indian private capital sponsor, and Brahma’s establishment as an independent international corporate group.

With significant presence in London, Los Angeles and India, Brahma is an AI-native content operating system and media technology platform that builds tools for synthetic media, and automated content creation, including the creation of its "Atman" digital humans. 

Slaughter and May has been working closely with Brahma’s Chief Strategy Officer, Adam Eastell, and General Counsel, Michael Ogden on the transaction.
