All foreign nationals entering Kenya (except members of the EAC) will require an electronic travel authority (eTA). You can apply for the visa on the Kenya eVisa website.
You can apply for the eTA up to 3 months before travel and we strongly advise you to apply as soon as your travel plans are confirmed.
The cost of the application is approximately $35 USD and you will require:
a passport with 6 months validity and at least 1 blank page
a passport style photograph
details of your itinerary including flight and accommodation details
Additionally you may require a conference invitation letter, should that be the case, please contact us.
FLIGHTS AND AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) is the primary international gateway to Nairobi and is located approximately 15 kilometres southeast of the city centre. Travel time to the conference venue in Nairobi varies between 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
For more information on the best transport links, please visit the Kenya Airports Authority website or ask a member of the event team. We also recommend using ride-hailing apps such as Uber or Bolt for convenient transportation within Nairobi.
Participating Firms
We will provide a list of participating firms in the fortnight leading up to the conference.
