Applying best practices and enhancing client service delivery by introducing robust project management principles and approaches by:
- Collaborating closely with our lawyers and clients to ensure matters, from beginning to end, are managed in the most time and cost efficient way
- Providing tools, frameworks, and hands‑on support that help our lawyers work more efficiently and provide clients with an all-round excellent client service
- Putting our clients at the heart of everything we do
- Ensuring our vision is aligned to, and our contribution in support of Slaughter and May’s strategic goals
Working on all things innovation and legal tech related, together with our colleagues in Technology. Responsible for selecting, testing, procuring and deploying legal tech tools across the firm and lead on the firm’s generative AI workstreams:
- Identifying and evaluating new technologies, run pilots of promising solutions and establish how they can be used within the firm and by clients to improve efficiency
- Managing the firm’s Client Innovation Network, a forum for members of in-house teams and others at our client organisations to share ideas and experiences around innovation
- Applying design thinking principles to our day-to-day work and conducting legal process design workshops both internally for our legal teams and directly with our clients
- Providing legal operations consultancy to key clients, helping them to solve operational challenges or apply new technologies within their legal functions
- Supporting our lawyers in identifying new ways of working that deliver more effectively for our clients by improving efficiency
