Slaughter and May is advising Zuora on its acquisition of Zephr Inc Limited for US$44 million

Slaughter and May is advising Zuora on its acquisition of Zephr Inc Limited for an initial consideration of US$44 million plus an earn-out consideration of up to US$6 million, subject to achieving certain financial objectives. Zuora is an industry leader in cloud-based subscription management platforms while Zephr is a leading subscription experience platform used by global digital publishing and media companies.

Slaughter and May served as co-counsel with Fenwick & West LLP on the transaction and is specifically advising on the UK law aspects of the acquisition.
