Slaughter and May advised Sykes Enterprises, Inc. (“Sykes”) on its acquisition of Symphony Ventures Limited (“Symphony”) for a purchase price of approximately £52 million. The acquisition completed on 1 November 2018.
Sykes is a NASDAQ listed digital marketing and customer service global outsourcer, providing customer-engagement services to Global 2000 companies. Symphony is a leading provider of Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) services.
Slaughter and May worked as an integrated team with Sykes’ US lawyers, Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, on the transaction.
