Slaughter and May advised Paymentology on its $175mn investment from Apis Partners and Aspirity Partners

Slaughter and May advised Paymentology and its shareholder Teya on a $175mn investment in Paymentology co-led by Apis Partners, a private equity firm specialising in financial infrastructure and services, and Aspirity Partners, a pan-European private equity firm focused on financial technology and services and enterprise technology and connectivity services.

Paymentology is a leading global card issuer and processing platform. The investment will support Paymentology’s continued global expansion, product development and strengthening of its team, as the company builds on strong demand for modern issuer processing on a global scale.
