Slaughter and May advised Ocado in connection with its new customer fulfilment centre (CFC) at Panattoni Park, Luton, which will comprise 346,132 square feet. Ocado has taken a 20-year lease and, once completed, the facility will bolster its distribution capabilities across Bedfordshire.
