Slaughter and May is advising the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on its partnership with FE fundinfo

Slaughter and May is advising the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (“LuxSE”) on the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Fundsquare (a leading fund registration and regulatory services provider) to FE fundinfo. As part of the agreement, LuxSE will become an investor in FE fundinfo (a leading, independent provider of fund data and technology expertise).

Slaughter and May advised LuxSE as part of an integrated team with Elvinger Hoss Prussen.
