Slaughter and May is advising Inflexion on its investment in Salto Systems

Slaughter and May is advising funds advised by Inflexion Private Equity Partners (“Inflexion”) on their minority equity investment in Salto Systems (“Salto”), a global provider of smart electronic access control solutions. Salto serves more than 15,000 customers across 160 countries, spanning commercial, hospitality, residential, education and critical infrastructure end-markets.

Inflexion joins Salto as lead minority investor alongside a group of new and reinvesting shareholders. 

Completion of the transaction is conditional upon the receipt of certain regulatory approvals.

Slaughter and May worked as part of an integrated team alongside Uría Menéndez. The Uría Menéndez team was led by partners Juan Carlos Machuca and Pedro Ravina.
