- Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc., on its acquisition of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Plc
- Ball Corporation, on its acquisition of Rexam Plc and subsequent divestment of assets to the Ardagh Group
- Toyota and Panasonic on their electric vehicle battery joint venture
- INEOS, on its joint venture with Solvay and subsequent joint venture buy-out
- INEOS’ joint venture, on its sales of assets to ICIG and establishment of a joint venture with ICIG
