Slaughter and May advised HH Global and Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities business on the acquisition by HH Global of Adare International Holdings Limited from the private equity firm Endless LLP and certain other sellers. Subject to receipt of relevant antitrust approvals, HH Global’s acquisition is expected to complete in the next 8 to 12 weeks.
HH Global is a leading global outsourced marketing execution provider. Adare International is a British-headquartered provider of marketing services with strong procurement, creative and data offerings. The combined global business will consist of more than 4,000 employees across more than 50 countries, generating approximately $2.1bn in annual sales as HH Global consolidates its leading position in the sector.
Funds managed or advised by Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities business hold a strategic minority equity investment in HH Global.
