Slaughter and May has advised TreasurySpring on English law aspects of its treasury investment platform, involving peer-to-peer and institutional lending products including Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRAs) and other lending and collateral arrangements with multiple counterparties. Advice has also been provided on UK tax and regulatory aspects of the platform’s formation and operations, and on new business initiatives.
