Slaughter and May is advising Telecom Plus PLC on its proposed return of capital of up to £25 million to shareholders

Slaughter and May is advising Telecom Plus PLC on its proposed return of capital of up to £25 million to shareholders through a tender offer and subsequent repurchase of ordinary shares. The tender offer is expected to complete on 3 July 2017. 

Telecom Plus, which owns and operates the Utility Warehouse brand, is the UK's only fully integrated provider of a wide range of competitively priced utility services spanning both the Communications and Energy markets.

Slaughter and May worked with the in house legal and commercial teams at Telecom Plus, led by Stuart Burnett (General Counsel) and David Baxter (Head of Finance and Company Secretary).
