Slaughter and May is advising Kunshan Dongwei Technology Co., Ltd. on its Swiss GDR offering and listing as issuer counsel

Slaughter and May, Hong Kong is advising on the global offering and listing of Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) of Kunshan Dongwei Technology Co., Ltd. (“Kunshan Dongwei”) on the SIX Swiss Exchange through China-Switzerland Stock Connect. Kunshan Dongwei has submitted the listing application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the SIX Exchange Regulation AG. 

Kunshan Dongwei is currently listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It is the largest manufacturer of printed circuit board (“PCB”) electroplating equipment in the world in terms of revenue.
