Slaughter and May advised Google on its Android DMA appeal

We advised Google on its appeal of the European Commission’s recent Android specification decision under the EU Digital Markets Act. The Commission’s decision deals with how third-party services (including AI services) interoperate with features of the Android operating system. The appeal was lodged at the EU General Court on 28 September.

Slaughter and May worked alongside Google Regulatory Affairs as part of an integrated appeal team.
