Tina advises clients on a broad range of competition and regulatory work including merger control, foreign investment, antitrust investigations, market studies, sectoral regulation and competition litigation. Tina has extensive experience of both EU and UK competition law and represents clients before European, UK and global competition authorities. 

Highlights include advising:

  • Google in relation to various investigations and market studies, including the ad tech investigations by the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and the CMA, and digital advertising studies in the UK, Australia and Japan
  • INEOS on its acquisition of Eramet Titanium & Iron
