Slaughter and May advised Everton Football Club on their Pre-Construction Services Agreement with Laing O’Rourke relating to the Club’s new 52,888 capacity stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in Liverpool. Under the agreement, Laing O’Rourke will provide certain pre-construction services, including production of a detailed design and construction programme, each required to progress the project in advance of the main build contract.
