Slaughter and May assists Diageo to secure clearance from the Competition and Markets Authority for its acquisition of Chase Distillery

Slaughter and May advised Diageo Great Britain Limited on the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) process in connection with its proposed acquisition of Chase Distillery (Holdings) Limited. The CMA announced on 11 February that it had cleared the acquisition following a Phase 1 investigation.
