Louise joined the firm in October 2019 as a senior consultant in our Incentives Group. She has twenty years of partner experience as head of the Incentives team at an international law firm. Louise advises on all aspects of executive compensation, employee benefits and employee share incentives including tax qualifying share plans and international share plan review and implementation. Louise is qualified in England and Wales.
She has significant experience advising on the executive and employee share plan aspects of numerous public and private transactions including takeovers, mergers, sales and flotations and on the implementation of arrangements for new executive directors and retiring directors. Recent transactional and advisory highlights include:
- advising on the employee share plan aspects of the Takeaway.Com recommended all share combination with Just Eat Plc through the switch to a general offer and complex post completion matters
- advising a subsidiary of a listed global entity on the establishment of executive and employee share plans over its shares including complex arrangements to provide an exit for participants alongside parent shareholders
