OUR STAFF PENSION SCHEMES’ DISCLOSURE

Slaughter and May’s current staff pension scheme for automatic enrolment purposes is the Slaughter and May Retirement Savings Scheme (the “Plan”), held under the Legal & General WorkSave Mastertrust.  This Plan is administered by L&G who can be contacted on their Helpline: 0345 070 8686 from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7.00pm.  The Plan website address is: www.landg.com/SMpension

Legacy STAFF PENSION SCHEMES’ DISCLOSURE

Slaughter and May also operates two legacy occupational pension schemes for some of its past employees. Slaughter and May Pensions Trustees Limited is the trustee of both schemes. The Pensions Regulator (TPR) requires that the trustee makes certain documents for each scheme accessible on a publicly available website.  

THE SLAUGHTER AND MAY PENSION SCHEME

 The Slaughter and May Pension Scheme is a hybrid trust-based occupational pension scheme. with both a DB section (the Final Salary Scheme - FSS) and a DC section (The Money Purchase Scheme 2001 – MPS2001). The FSS closed to future accrual on 28 February 2011 but is still being administered by the Staff Pensions Team at Slaughter and May. The MPS2001 closed in August 2022 and all assets were transferred to the Slaughter and May Retirement Savings Scheme (above) in October 2022. The documents for disclosure are:

THE SLAUGHTER AND MAY 1988 MONEY PURCHASE SCHEME (1988MPS)

 The Slaughter and May 1988 Money Purchase Scheme was a trust-based occupational DC pension scheme.  The 1988MPS was closed to new entrants on 31 March 2001. The assets were transferred to the Slaughter and May Retirement Savings Scheme (above) in October 2022 and the 1988MPS was fully wound up on 17 October 2023.  The documents for disclosure are:
