Our Staff Pension Schemes’ Disclosure

Slaughter and May operates two occupational pension schemes for its current and past employees.  Slaughter and May Pensions Trustees Limited is the trustee of both schemes.  The Pensions Regulator (TPR) requires that the trustee makes certain documents for each scheme accessible on a publicly available website.  

The Slaughter and May Pension Scheme

The Slaughter and May Pension Scheme is a hybrid trust-based occupational pension scheme with a both a DB section (the Final Salary Scheme - FSS) and a DC section (The Money Purchase Scheme 2001 – MPS2001).  The FSS closed to future accrual on 28 February 2011.  The MPS2001 is the firm’s automatic enrolment scheme and is open to active members.  The documents for disclosure are:

The Slaughter and May 1988 Money Purchase Scheme is a trust-based occupational DC pension scheme.  The 1989MPS was closed on 31 March 2001.  The documents for disclosure are:
