Slaughter and May advised OpenAI on the UK competition law and foreign investment aspects of its acquisition of Tomoro, an applied AI consulting and engineering firm that helps enterprises turn AI into operational advantage.  The acquisition brought approximately 150 experienced Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Specialists into the OpenAI Deployment Company.
