Slaughter and May is advising Johnson Matthey Plc on the sale of its Diagnostic Services business (Tracerco) to Sullivan Street Partners

Slaughter and May is advising Johnson Matthey Plc on the sale of its Diagnostic Services business (Tracerco) to Sullivan Street Partners, a UK based European mid-market private equity investor that has partnered with long term investor, Souter Investments, a Scottish based private family investment office. Tracerco provide specialised detection, diagnostic, and measurement solutions to its customers operating in the oil and gas markets. The transaction is expected to complete in Q3 2023.

Slaughter and May is working closely with Johnson Matthey’s in-house legal team led by Luci Ingram and Luke Dovey.
