Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, is advising CITIC Securities as sponsor in the proposed global offering and listing of Chinese copper miner Guangdong Rising Mineral-Rich Mountain Copper Co., Ltd. on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The issuer is a leading polymetallic mining company engaged in the mining of copper, sulphur and other multi-metal mineral resources. 

The listing application was filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 22 September 2026 and is pending regulatory approvals.
