Richard is a partner in our Corporate and M&A Group, advising a broad range of clients on international transactions and advisory matters. He has particular expertise in mergers, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.

Richard is also part of the firm’s ESG Group, regularly advising clients on environmental and climate-related regulation.
