He has advised:

  • abrdn on various aspects of its strategic partnership with Phoenix Group Holdings, including (i) the 2018 sale of its insurance business to Phoenix, (ii) the 2021 purchase of the Wrap SIPP, Wrap Onshore Bond and TIP businesses from Phoenix and (iii) the terms of the asset management partnership
  • White Mountains on its investment in Ark Insurance Holdings
  • Neptune Investment Management on its acquisition by Liontrust Asset Management
  • Aviva on its sale of Aviva Poland
  • Bupa on its agreement to sell part of its UK care home business to HC-One
