Jonny is co-head of our Global Investigations Group and a Disputes Partner. He joined Slaughter and May in 1994 and has been a partner since 2004. He has helped many clients investigate and defend allegations of wrongdoing in civil, criminal and regulatory cases.

Highlights of Jonny’s work include:

  • successfully defending Olympus Corporation in a criminal prosecution in the UK brought by the Serious Fraud Office
  • leading the team representing a major FMCG company in investigating and defending against allegations of serious wrongdoing, including bribery of public officials and anti-competitive practices, in numerous countries
  • conducting an investigation for the regulator of a systemically important regulated entity into allegations of dishonesty at a very senior level

Jonny is particularly experienced in disputes and investigations involving allegations of wrongdoing in various forms. On the civil side, these have included cases involving the ‘theft’ of confidential information by employees and competitors, conspiracy and civil fraud.
