IP No Deal Planning

In the area of IP, the UK Government has been proactive in setting out guidance should no deal be reached with the EU: IP owners should be largely reassured by the measures put in place. However, there are areas where IP owners may notice a loss of protection and there are others, principally involving the trading of IP protected goods across the EU, in which there is still uncertainty.
