Slaughter and May is advising SoftBank Vision Fund 2 as lead investor in Revolut’s series F fundraising, valuing Revolut at $33 billion

Slaughter and May is advising SoftBank Vision Fund 2 (“SVF2”) as the lead investor in Revolut Ltd’s (“Revolut”) series F fundraising.

SVF2 is leading the $800m round, valuing Revolut at approximately $33 billion, making it the most valuable fintech company in the UK.  Revolut will use the investment to continue work to build the first global financial superapp.
