Slaughter and May is advising John Wood Group plc on the sale of its nuclear business to Jacobs U.K. Limited, a subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., for a cash consideration of approximately £250 million. The sale is conditional on, among other things, competition clearance, and is expected to close before the end of Q1 2020.
