Slaughter and May advised Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG, in relation to its increased investment in Candy Kittens Limited

Slaughter and May advised Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG (“Katjes”), a leading German confectioner, in relation to its increased investment in Candy Kittens Limited (“Candy Kittens”).

As part of the transaction, a revised shareholders’ agreement, together with certain other commercial arrangements were entered into by Katjes, Candy Kittens and other shareholders of the company.

Following the investment, Katjes now holds a majority shareholding in Candy Kittens.
