Slaughter and May is advising Derwent London on the first office pre-let at Soho Place W1

Derwent London has pre-let the top six floors of 1 Soho Place to G-Research, the financial data research and software development company. G-Research will take 102,600 sq.ft. of offices, representing 53% of the office space in the building, or 42% of the commercial space in the entire development including 2 Soho Place. G-Research has committed to a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £9.7 million.

The prominent 285,000 sq.ft. AHMM-designed scheme is located over the Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth line and Underground station and is comprised of 209,000 sq.ft. of offices, 36,000 sq.ft. of retail and a 40,000 sq.ft. theatre. Slaughter and May advised Derwent London on the development.
